Bubazoo finally responded on the allegations of his love life, but many thought the thread was over. Things got more personal so Joseph the moderator stepped in and asked folks to break it up and let it all go. Joseph: "We all come from very different backgrounds and we all have very different levels of life experience. Let's respect that. Sadly this was not the case as Shouse responded in a escalating manor and the first to use derogatory terms against other members. After that the thread was at first locked, meaning no more people could post to it but could still read its contents. Then a few hours later it was deleted entirely. Harold didn't have a chance to check it out.
So does this say anything about the rift in the community? Does it even exist? Some have contacted us telling us this isn't so. Yet others have, so maybe that is definitive proof. Some believe it, some do not. It is looking like the alleged rift is getting bigger and bigger everyday. It is stated by Shouse that he asked Harold on March 30th of 2006 to delete him from the board but Harold refused to do it then and still refuses to do it.

Harold's Place is a friendly, caring online community. We don't need the personal attacks and drama that forced us here from other boards.
Yes, we are friends. Yes, anyone can come here to vent their feelings. However, personal attacks and flamefests between members aren't tolerable. If ever any of you feel the need to vent about other members, please do so privately. If you have a problem with another member, please try to tactfully handle it in private. If things do get ugly, please notify me or Harold.
That said... If anyone feels like drama is exciting and fun to start, this probably isn't the board for you. Do feel free to go elsewhere.

When asked to comment about the latest moderator job Joseph did while he was away, Harold at first said no comment as he wasn't apprised of all the facts, then later pleaded the 5th amendment on the whole thing. Then Harold tried changing the subject by talking about work he was getting done at his house. To quote Harold "Time to quit. I got done what needed to be accomplished."
What about our competition? The Harold's Journal. Trallyus's paper was bought out by the Harold Star today and Trallyus's unique talent was put to work for the Harold Star. We have every hope that Trallyus will be a great asset in our ongoing pledge to report the news to you the public. You can now enjoy his extremely funny comics here in a newly created section titled: Trallyus' Comics. So please check them out and be prepared to laugh. New comics will be made available with every publication. His work does not end there as he will assist and truly expand our core audience. When asked for a comment Trallyus said "I have every respect for the editor and chief of the Harold Star and hope to live up to his high standards."

Operatives deep within Leo's network have sent us startling evidence of abuse and mistreatment of prisoners, disregarding Geneva conventions. Timmy was captured by Leo a few days ago. It was thought that Timmy might be a double agent working both sides. In light of this new evidence that seems unlikely.
Perhaps you have been noticing weird things going on around town, like the outages and other odd occurrences. Well a few sources have sent us some pictures. It seems Harold has been creating us a new beach. The old one as we all know had since washed away in the last big storm. The new one promises to be double the size and freely accessible by the public.
Our paper has gone through a redesign. As you may have noticed, the left side of the page now offers a vast array of content for you to enjoy. So please check out all we now have to offer and if you have any suggestions or comments feel free to email us. While we may not be able to please everyone, we sure can try.

In a surprising upset, the favor was for Trallyus but it seems somehow Spraytech posted the most of the top ten posters with 118 posts since last Friday. This week goes to Spray, next week is still up for grabs.
